Objectives: The objective is to see the effectiveness of hydrocortisone (HC)-ethanol gel (EG) ointment in treating children with Moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (AD). Methods: Thirty moderate-to-severe AD participated a 2-week double-blind, randomized, and controlled clinical trial. They were randomly assigned apply either an 1% HC or novel containing dispersed EG droplets HC. At end 2 week, SCORAD score was measured. tool used assess extent severity eczema (SCORing AD). Results: A trial included 30 kids AD. About new comprising applied them at random (HC-EG). calculated conclusion weeks. called evaluate Conclusion: We would want draw from our research that HC-EG superior terms reducing AD-related pruritus visible rash.
